The Proximal Femur Nail (PFN) is used for fixation of proximal femoral fractures such as intertrochanteric and subtrochanteric fractures. Its intramedullary design provides strong load-sharing fixation while minimizing soft tissue disruption. The integrated anti-rotation screw and lag screw mechanism ensure rotational stability and controlled compression across the fracture site. This implant promotes early weight-bearing and faster recovery.
